Our western region is full of hardworking bars who have spent 2020 hustling through not only the pandemic but also wild fires. While some are temporarily closed, others like Elixir turned to pick up and delivery of full bottles of bourbon, bottled cocktails, and even blinded whiskey tastings. New to our list is The Whiskey House in San Diego, who will add their best bars plaque to an award from The Guinness Book of Records for having the largest collection of whiskey in the world. We’re ready and waiting for all our bars to be open – tap their links for more info on how you can support them in tough times. Read on for the best in the West!
