BOURBON COCKTAILS
Leader of the Pack 
- 2 oz. Bird Dog Bourbon
- 1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- Splash of Grenadine
- Lemon-Lime Soda
Add all ingredients, except lime-lime soda and Grenadine, to a shaker. Shake until chilled, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Add Grenadine, then gently top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with orange or lemon.
Hair of the Dog
- 2 oz. Bird Dog Bourbon
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Absinthe
- Sugar
- Mint
Add mint and sugar to a shaker and bruise gently. Add other ingredients with ice to a shaker. Shake until chilled. Pour into a tall glass. Add additional ice if necessary and garnish with a lime and mint.
Rusty Barrel (SHOT)
- 1.5 oz. Bird Dog Bourbon
- .5 oz. Citrus Vodka
- Lemon
- Sugar
Rim a shot glass with a lemon wedge and dip in sugar for a sweet/tart rim. Gently pour citrus vodka and Bird Dog Bourbon into the shot glass.
APPLE COCKTAILS
Orchard Old Fashion
- 2 oz. Bird Dog Apple Whiskey
- 5 Dashes Bitters
- Orange Wedge
Gently muddle an orange wedge in a glass. Top with large ice, then add bitters and Bird Dog Apple Whiskey. Stir well to combine and incorporate. Garnish with orange.
The Rose Bowl (featured in main image)
- 1 oz. Bird Dog Apple Whiskey
- .5 oz. Chambord
- .5 oz. Golden Rum
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then pour into a rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist.
Apple Pie
- 1 oz. Bird Dog Apple Whiskey
- 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
- .5 oz. Amaretto
- .5 oz. Lemon Juice
- Sugar
Rim half a cocktail glass; first with lemon, then sugar. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice. Gently shake and strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
PEACH COCKTAILS
The Black Pearl
- 1 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey
- 1 oz. Dark Rum
- Cola
All all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and top with cola. Can make in a tall or Collins glass if preferred. Garnish with orange.
Peach n’ Cream (SHOT)
- 1 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. St. Germaine
- Whipped Cream
Add liquors to a shot glass. Top with whipped cream. Note: Leave room at the top of the shot glass for the whipped cream.
