☐ 1 oz Maker’s Mark 46™
☐ 0.75 oz lemon fresh squeezed lemon juice
☐ 0.75 oz simple syrup
☐ sparkling wine (to top off)
Using zester or paring knife, slice peel from lemon in long, thin spiral. Set aside.
Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker halfway full of ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Curl lemon peel/spiral around finger to create twist & garnish drink with twist.
