Woodford Reserve to Host Ode to the Irish Dinner

Want a little taste of Ireland this St. Patrick’s Day? Head to Woodford Reserve to experience an evening of distillery tours, Irish cocktails, and a plated four-course Irish-inspired dinner featuring the freshest local ingredients.

On Saturday, March 17th, Woodford Reserve will open its doors for welcome cocktails at 6:00 pm, and begin tours of the historic distillery at 6:30. Dinner will be served at 8 and cost $80 per person.

The meal will start with a Pub Salad, served with creamy tarragon dressing, hard boiled eggs, watercress, Bibb lettuce, pickled beets and green beans. An Irish Coddle will follow – a delectable stew of Broadbent bacon and savoy cabbage, with fresh herbs. The main course will be Blackhawk Farms House Corned Beef, served with a Rye Bourbon horseradish cream, with colcannon of mashed potatoes and cabbage, roasted root vegetables; carrot, celery root, beet, and cabbage roasted and tossed with an herb butter.
