Hermitage Farm – a beautiful enchanting kind of place. In the land of Goshen, no really. That’s its residing town. Goshen, a place of comfort and plenty (I looked it up), certainly a fair passage. Throw in Kentucky “Bourbon Country Bougie”, I’d say you really nailed it.
Just outside of Louisville, from the creators of the eclectic chic 21c Museum & Hotel, Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson (wife and husband duo) have created a special aura for gatherings. And sitting on their very own thoroughbred horse farm, a historic property from the 1800’s, which per their site has produced Kentucky Derby winners and and winners circle from an array of big stakes horse racing.
‘WHISKEY FILES’ with Special Guest: Rabbit Hole’s Kaveh Zamanian
HF has created a monthly event focusing on American Whiskey and the people behind it. Their upcoming guest is the founder, creator, and CEO of the rather eclectic and swiftly growing (like rabbits if you will) Rabbit Hole Distillery, who’s homebase is in downtown Louisville. And a beautiful urban distillery at that. The drive from Rabbit Hole Distillery (711 E Jefferson St, Louisville) to Hermitage is only 27 minutes, just saying;)
Here is the event rundown directly from WHISKEY FILES page
Leading one of the most rapidly growing distilleries in the whiskey industry, Zamanian’s story is one of bold risks and rewarding payoff for his singular, inspiring endeavors. Despite entering the highly competitive field of American whiskey as recently as 2012, with his dedication to developing his own recipes and designing his own distillery, Zamanian has built a brand that stands out from the rest thanks to his proprietary techniques and courage to challenge the status quo.
Register now and join us on May 11th to hear Zamanian recount his whiskey adventures and sample some of his hand-picked Rabbit Hole selects!
