{LOUISVILLE, KY} Family-owned touring company Mint Julep Experiences just announced its new new “Roll Out The Barrel” high-end adventure.
Guests will have the opportunity to fly privately to-and-from either Louisville or Nashville via Elite Rotorcraft Helicopters to a world-famous distillery of their choosing, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey or Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon, for a private barrel selection and behind-the-scenes experience available to Mint Julep guests exclusively. To complete the package, all guests will stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy stunning views from the luxurious Omni Hotel – Nashville or Omni Hotel – Louisville.

Mint Julep Experiences handles the dining itinerary on behalf of the guests and coordinates black car transportation throughout the trip, including to a private airport where guests will take a private helicopter flight to and from the distillery of their choice: Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, Tn. or Maker’s Mark Distillery in Loretta, Ky.

- Start to finish coordination of your multi-day, all-inclusive package

Booking Details
Louisville, KY pricing – $42,000 (total for up to 4 people)
The all-inclusive package price includes 2 days of black car service for up to 12 hours, a helicopter flight to the distillery, 2 nights of luxury accommodations at the Omni Hotel, a private barrel selection (roughly 200-220 bottles), lunch onsite the distillery, taxes, fees, fuel surcharge, and gratuity. If you choose to visit other venues, admission fees for these experiences are not included in this package. MJE will collect those admissions the week of your experience.
Booking in advance is a must, we suggest at least 3 months in advance for the best chance of your dates to be available. Monday-Thursday dates will have more availability than Fridays or Saturdays. This package is not available on Sundays. We will gather 4-5 dates that work best for you to see which one aligns with all 3 partners once the deposit is received.
To book, MJE requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to start working with all partners to confirm this experience. Once your dates are confirmed, your MJE Experience Coordinator will connect you with the distillery to coordinate your bottles with a local liquor store, every state’s regulations are different. You will pick up or receive your bottles roughly 6-8 weeks after your barrel selection, depending on the state. We will discuss bottle logistics more once your date is confirmed with the distillery.

Day 1: Arrival and Additional Tours/Experiences
- Arrive in destination. Guests can book this package experience from Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN
- Custom tour or experience created for you based on the time of your arrival, up to 12 hours max.
- Black car service by Mint Julep Experiences to the Omni Hotel
- Night stay at the Omni
Day 2: Private Barrel Select Experience Maker’s Mark
- Helicopter flight to Maker’s Mark Distillery in Loretto, Kentucky
- Private barrel select and tasting of Maker’s Mark premium bourbons
- Tour of the distillery grounds, barrel house and distilling area
- The experience then continues at Star Hill Farm where you will be introduced to their Innovation Garden and enjoy a farm-to-table dining experience.
- Night stay at the Omni.
