The Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky has become known for more than just Bourbon – it’s now a culinary destination as well. Chef-in-residence Newman Miller has another extraordinary season at Star Hill Provisions planned this year, beginning this weekend and running through August 25th.

On Fridays, Star Hill Provisions will remain open until 7:00 p.m. featuring its regular menu, but also adding special entrees, such as smoked fried chicken with potato purée, country greens and beans, or slow-cooked prime rib, potato gratin, and grilled broccoli with Bourbon horseradish cream.

On Saturdays, Chef Miller dials it up with a seasonally-inspired, three-course farm-to-table dining experience paired with distinctive cocktails for an evening fit for any foodie. The communal dinner seating on Saturday is at 7:00 with an optional distillery tour beginning at 5:00. Tickets are $100 each and, because seats are limited, reservations are strongly recommended. All diners must be at least 21 years of age.
