CAP: Limited to the first 1,500 attendees per store location
WRISTBANDS: Given out 7 – 8:45am.
LOTTERY DRAWING: 9am.
WINNER: Announced that morning. Must be present to win.
BUY LIMIT: One purchase per winner.
