One of America’s Best Bourbon Bars is Hosting a Can’t-Miss Four Course Bulleit Dinner

Bourbon's Bistro to host Bulleit Bourbon dinner.

Louisville’s Bourbon’s Bistro, one of America’s Best Bourbon Bars, is hosting a four course Bulleit dinner complete with cocktail pairings and a Bulleit flight.

On Thursday, May 30th, the brand will take over Bourbon’s Bistro for a southern-inspired meal with bourbon accents every step of the way.

The event will begin at 6:30 PM with welcome cocktails and passed hors d’ouevres, including garlic goat cheese spread, maple bacon chicken wings, and salmon cakes. The salad course will be served next, with a flight of three Bulleit bourbons.

For a main course, guests will choose between a wild caught Scottish salmon with Bulleit bourbon sorghum glass and a prosciutto-wrapped pork chop with a Bulleit Rye demi-glace, each with Yukon mashed potatoes, haricot vert, and Kenny’s cheddar cheese.

The meal will conclude with a dessert cocktail and a bourbon bread pudding with tart cherry compote and Bulleit caramel sauce.

The Bulleit Dinner will also feature a special guest speaker, Diageo’s Doug Kragel. Dinner will cost $65 a person plus tax and gratuity. You can call 502-894-8838 or email [email protected] to reserve your spot. Click here to learn more.
