INFO PROVIDED BY KNOB CREEK: To honor the re-release, Knob Creek has partnered with premium manufacturer of artisanal cookware, Smithey Ironware to create a Cast Iron Skillet Set, further demonstrating that true craftsmanship gets better with age. The set, which features a 12-inch cast iron skillet seasoned 18 times – 15 times more than a traditional cast iron skillet – has a deep, rich copper coloring that mirrors the Knob Creek bourbon it’s inspired by.
