Michter’s Announces First Bottling of 25-Year Bourbon Since 2008

Michter’s Master Distiller Pamela Heilmann has approved the first release of Michter’s 25-Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in almost a decade.

“I take the Michter’s ‘Dr. No’ position as the gatekeeper for releasing whiskey very seriously,” says Heilmann. While they do not release exact proportions, their website states that the mash bill for the 25-Year Bourbon is carefully chosen, select, and distilled in Kentucky.

The 750 ml 116.2 proof bottles will be available in November at an MSRP of $800.
