Michael Flohr at Maker’s Mark

Artist Michael Flohr will be honored at a limited-seating brunch at the Maker’s Mark distillery at noon on Sunday, June 3. The San Diego-based artist has created an original large-format painting for permanent display at the distillery’s restaurant, Star Hill Provisions. An exhibition with a number of his new works will remain at the distillery for the summer.

Mr. Flohr is a contemporary oil painter best known for “depicting ordinary moments in extraordinary ways.” His works are shown in over 60 galleries worldwide and he is considered one of the top living artists to collect by Art World magazine. On top of all that, he’s developed a great love for Maker’s Mark.

The brunch in his honor will be prepared by renowned Star Hill Provisions Chef Newman Miller, featuring seasonal, locally sourced dishes with distinctive flair. Seating is at noon and Tickets are $75 each, available at https://www.makersmark.com/distillery/events. All diners must be at least 21 years of age.
