Cascade Hollow Distilling Co.’s limited-edition, one-off whiskey series, the Third Edition of the series. Cascade is the home distillery to Tennessee’s George Dickel.
This particular juice however was distilled at MGP, acquired after 3 years by Cascade, then aged an additional 10 years on their distillery grounds. This entire series is spearheaded by GM and Distiller, Nicole Austin.
Cascade Hollow uses only one story warehouses for aging which according to Austin creates a less aggressive more temperate aging process similar to what you’d find in Scotland.
