Angel’s Envy Distillery and Finishing Room are offering new experiences this February and beyond.
Their first seasonal experience is a Valentine’s Day Tour and Tasting – complete with sweet pairings! On Feb 13th and 14th at 5:30 pm, couples can tour the distillery in downtown Louisville, enjoy cozy cocktails in the distillery’s Finishing Room Bar, and finish the night with a special chocolate pairing course. Angel’s Envy has also added three new tours (at 4:30, 5, and 5:30) to their First Friday lineup, allowing the participants in the NuLu gallery hop to experience their “Bourbon Cathedral.”
For guests looking to explore the world of spirits from behind the bar, Angel’s Envy offers monthly and weekly cocktail classes. Their monthly class, Cocktail Craft & The Science of Good Taste, teaches guests the steps and techniques to craft the distillery’s signature cocktail, the Henderson. Their weekly class, Drinking Seasonally, highlights fresh, local ingredients and changes seasonally. Each class follows a full tour of the distillery.
Finally, stand-alone distillery tours are available from 10-5 Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, and from 1-5 on Sundays.
