Can’t make it out to the distillery? Have a little Woodford delivered with their classic Bourbon Balls!
At Woodford Reserve, they’re all about sharing the love – the love of food and Bourbon! You’re invited to bring your special someone to the distillery and celebrate both this Valentine’s Day. The evenings will feature distillery tours, a beautiful four-course plated meal, cash bar, and live music. Dinners will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 and Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
The night will begin at 6PM with cocktails, followed by a tour of the historic distillery at 6:30. Dinner will be served at 8 and tickets are available for $80 per person. Check out the menu below, and reserve your tickets here!
First Course
Double Oaked Milk Oolong Curry Soup
A rich creamy broth of Milk Oolong tea, white chocolate, coconut milk, lemongrass, lime leaf, rose petals and ginger with a Double Oaked drizzle
Second Course
Hazelnut and sea salt chocolate seared scallops served atop grilled radicchio, orange, fennel and pomegranate with a champagne vinaigrette
Third Course
Bourbon Black Hawk Beef Tenderloin
Sous vide Black Hawk Farms beef tenderloin in bourbon black tea seared in a cast iron skillet and served with a Distiller’s Select Ibarra demi glace, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and haricot vert in a compound butter
Fourth Course
Dark Chocolate and Cherry Creme Brulee
With bourbon soaked Amarena cherries and toasted hazelnut Biscotti
