Created by eighth-generation master distiller Freddie Noe, this expression blends the signature Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with bourbon partially aged in Californian red wine casks. Per the brand, the vanilla and charred oak notes of classic Basil Hayden intertwine with flavors of dried fruit and sweet nectar imparted by the red wine cask for a layered, complex, yet approachable result.
