Our list of America’s Best Bourbon Bars in the West keeps growing. Institutions like Rickhouse remain, and they’re in good company with four other amazing bars just in their hometown of San Francisco. For those that like their bourbon in a cocktail, Canon Whiskey and Bitters Emporium can craft almost any you can think of, and claims the largest collection of spirits in the Western Hemisphere with a list that tops 3,000.

Notably, this is the first year we’ve included a bar outside the Continental US. Fiori D’Italia in Anchorage, Alaska, boasts a whiskey menu with of hundreds of bottles (and is also the only Italian restaurant on our list). Read on for the West Region on our list of America’s Best Bourbon Bars!
